Meet Cynthia Galindo — More than 30 years devoted to children and families.

Cynthia Galindo is an experienced childcare provider who has dedicated more than 30 years to the care and development of children. Over the years, she has built a strong reputation for professionalism, reliability, trust, and close relationships with the families she serves.

Much of Cynthia’s career began as a professional nanny working with individual families in the Gainesville area. After becoming a mother herself, she transitioned into a unique shared-nanny model, welcoming a small group of children into carefully prepared spaces within her family home.

Her model combines the personalized attention of a professional nanny with the developmental and social benefits of a small-group childcare environment. On a typical day, Cynthia cares for approximately three to five children, allowing her to know each child individually and respond to their routines, interests, and developmental needs.

Cynthia values both structured and unstructured learning. Children enjoy age-appropriate educational activities, reading, creative play, outdoor experiences, social interaction, and enrichment opportunities. As a bilingual provider, she naturally introduces both English and Spanish into the children’s daily environment.

Her goal is to help children build confidence, friendships, manners, independence, and the social foundations they will use as they move into larger school settings.

Cynthia is a Child Development Associate (CDA), CPR & First Aid Certified, Bilingual, and a Registered Childcare Provider with the Florida Department of Children and Families.
